Sabudana kheer 




Ingredients.                                                           Quantity


1. Sabudana ( tapioca pearls ).                          2 cup
2. Milk                                                                    2 cup
3. Sugar                                                                  3 - 4 tbsp
4. Water.                                                                 2 cup
5. Cardamom powder.                                        A small pinch
6. Cashews crushed.                                            1-2 nos
7. Raisins.                                                               4-5 nos
8. Saffron strands ( kesar ).( Optional ).           3-4 nos


Method

1. Fistly soak sabudana in 2 cup water for half hour

2. Now heat milk in a vessel or a sauce pan . 

3. Remove sabudana from water and strain all the water which is present in it .

4. You can fry the soaked sabudanas in a 1/2 tbsp pilot make it hard.( Optional ).

5. When milk starts boiling , add the sugar , crushed cashews , raisins , saffron and stir for a minute.

6. Now add the sabudanas and wait for the next boil to come.

7. Once it comes to the boil . Switch off the gas nob
And check the sugar and make possible changes if required.

8. Serve hot as a dessert.
