Brioche
Ingredients. Quantity
1. Flour. 250 grams
2. Sugar. 25 grams
3. Yeast. 5 grams
4. Salt. 5 grams
5. Fat 20 grams
6. Egg. 1/2 no
7. Water or Milk. 150 ml
Method
1. Make a smooth dough with all the ingredients.
2. Give rest and divide the dough into pieces of 50 gms and 5 grams.
3. Mould the first round and then make a small round should be placed on the first round.
4. Placed it in the greased tray.
5. Given egg wash in the half proof & make small incision in the bottom with the help of scirrors.
6. Make at 22°c for about 10 min. Remove it from the tin immediately and cool.
