Indian Egg curry
1. Eggs. 4 nos
2. Onions. 2 medium size
3. Tomatoes. 2 medium size
4. Garam masala 1 tbsp
5. Turmeric powder. 1 tbsp
6. Coriander powder. 2 tbsp
7. Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tbsp
8. Jeera. 1 tbsp
9. Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
10. Bayleaf. 1 nos
11. Red kashmiri chillies. 2 nos
12. Oil. 2 to 3 tbsp
13. Salt. To taste
Method
1. Firstly boil the eggs in 2 cup water and a pinch of salt. And peel them.
2. Then add 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and shallow fry the eggs
3. Then add 2 tbsp of oil in that's in a kadai , add jeera, Kashmiri Red chillies and bayleaf in it.
4. Then add the chopped onions in that and stir it till they become golden brown.
5. Check once they become golden brown add chopped tomatoes and immediately add salt in it. Stir it and cover for 2 minutes.
6. Now add all the masala. red chilli powder, turmeric powder ,coriander powder and garam masala powder.
7. Add half cup of water and mix and cook for 2 minutes.
8. Now at the fried eggs and the amount of water you need and cook for 10 minutes.
9. Serve hot with chapatis or Boiled rice .
