Strawberry mousse 


Ingredients.                                            Quantity

1. Milk.                                                          50 ml
2. Eggs.                                                          2 nos
3. Gelatin.                                                     15 grams 
4. Cream.                                                      15 grams 
5. Cherries.                                                  10 grm
6. Sugar.                                                       55 grm
7. Strawberry assence.                             Few drops 
8. Fresh strawberry.                                 50 grams 


Method

1. Soak gelatin in a little warm water for 5 minutes

2. Separate egg and egg white

3. Beat York and sugar thoroughly

4. Warm milk and pour on the mix

5. Put in double saucepan over low flame and cook it till the custard becomes thick.

6. Remove from fire and add dissolved gelatine and essence.

7. Cook and fold in stiffy beaten egg white

8. Set in refrigerator turn decorate with whipped cream and fresh strawberry.
