Chicken peri peri
Ingredients. quantity
1.chicken. 1 kg
For peri peri sauce
1. Fresh red chillies. 6-12
2. Garlic , chopped. 1 tbsp
3. Salt. 1 tbsp
4. Oregame. 1/2 tbsp
5. Paprika. 1/2 tbsp
6. Olive oil. 100 ml
7. Red wine vinegar. 5 ml
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius.
2. Please the chillies on a roasting tray and roast them for 10 minutes.
3. Cool and roughly chop the Chillies.
4. Place the garlic, chillies, salt, Oregane, Paprika, olive oil and vinegar in a saucepan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Allow the mixture to cool . Then place in food processor and blend to a fine paste.
6. Please the chicken in seasonal plastic bag.
7. Add half the Peri Peri sauce spreading it evenly on the chicken.
8. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
9.skewar the marinated and grill them.
10. See the texture of the chicken after grilling and check if it is properly cooked.
11. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
