French onion soup
Ingredients. Quantity
1. Onions. 150 grams
2. Butter. 2 large tbsp
3. Oil. 1 tbsp
4. Salt & pepper. To taste
5. Sugar A pinch
6. Flour. 1 tbsp
7. Liter stock. 1 1/2 cup
8. White wine. 125 ml
For garnishing
1. French bread. 12 slices
2. Olive / salad oil. 1 tbsp
3. Garlic. 1 tbsp
4. Garlic cheese. 100 gram
Method
1. Slice onion and cook them in butter and oil until soft.
2. Remove pan lid and raise heat to a moderate flame.
3. Stir in seasoning and sugar.
4. Cook for about half an hour stirring frequently.
5. Allow onion to Turn deep Brown.
6. Add flour and cook it for 3 minutes.
7. Por in hot stock and stir to blend.
8. And wine and similar for a while.
9. Rub Garlic cloves on the surface of bread
10. Sprinkle with cheese and sour the soup.
