Oats and Raisins cookies
Ingredients. Quantity
1. Butter 150 grams
2. Icing sugar. 50 grams
3. Brown sugar. 100 grams
4. Eggs 1 / 2 egg
5. Flour. 200 grams
6. Salt. To taste
7. Baking soda. 5 grams
8. Vanilla essence. 5 ml
9. Oats. 100 grams
10. Raisins . 20 grams
Method
1. Cream the butter and salt and sugar till light and fluffy.
2. Gradually add the beaten egg with vanilla essence.
3. Folding in the flour which is sieved with baking soda.
4. Lastly at the Chopped raisins and oats to the flour.
5. shape into rounded and press one side of the cookie on the Greased tray ( oats facing cup ).
6. Bake a 150 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
