Crunchy cookies
Ingredients. Quantity
1. Butter. 150 grams
2. Icing sugar. 50 grams
3. Brown sugar 100 grams
4. Egg. 1/2 beated
5. Flour. 200 grams
6. Salt. 5 grams
7. Baking soda. 5 grams
8. Vanilla essence 5 ml
9. Choco chips. 50 grams
10. Corn flakes. 70 grams
Method
How to make cookies crispy
1. Cream the butter, salt and sugar . Till light & fluffy.
2. Add egg mixed with vanilla essence to the butter.
3. Sieve flour & baking powder into the butter..
4. Fold the mixture with a spatula.
5. Add choco chips and cornflakes to the mixture and mix well.
6. Shape the cookie dough into a round shape and place it in the greased oven tray.
7. Pre heat the oven.
8. Set the oven to 150 degree celcius. Put the tray in the oven.
9. Remove the cookies after they have become brown.
