Sheera recipe
Ingredients. Quantity
1. Rawa. 150 grams
2. Sugar. 50 grams
3.ghee. 3 tbsp
4. Salt as per taste
5. Turmeric powder. A pinch
6. Cashew nuts. as much u want
7. Cardamom powder. 1/4 tbsp
8. Kismish. As much u want
Method
1. Take a pan heat some ghee on it and roast the rawa
On medium low flame.
2. Take a container add half cup of water , sugar , salt and a pinch of turmeric powder in it and allow it to boil .
3. Once the water comes to boil add the roasted rawa and some cashew nuts and kismish in it and keep stirring till it get lumps
4. When it looses all the water and become thick add cardamom powder and stir for a while
5. Turn off the flame and serve hot with nuts.
