Nan - khatai recipe
Ingredients. Quantity
Flour. 175 grams
Besan. 75 grams
Ghee. 25 grams
Icing sugar. 25 grams
Cashew or pista. For garnishing
Method
1. Sieve flower and besan together
2. Cream fat and fold in the flour
3. Round each pieces and arrange them on a clean tray.
4. Gently place a pista on top (do not press too much) or a cashew nut and garnish.
5. Bake it at 175 degree Celsius for 10 minute.
6. Remove it and check if it is cooked properly or not
7. Serve.
