Apple pie recipe.
Ingrients. Quantity
1. Apple peeled. 250 grams
2. Lemon juice. 5 ml
3. Sugar. 60 grams
4. Cornflour. 5 grams
5. Salt. A pinch
6. Cinnamon. 3 grams
7. Nutmeg. 2 grams
Method
1. Toss the Apple with lemon juice and mix with sugar, corn flour, salt and spices.
2.prepare the pastry by creamng method and raised the dough for half hour.
3. Roll on flat surface
4. Line the tarts moulds pastry and feel 2-3 with feeling.
5. Cut the strips of the dough and make a Trellies on the tarts.
6. Bake in oven preheated to approximately for 50 minutes.
7. dust the pies with some icing sugar and keep it for baking and remove after 15 to 20 minutes.
8. Check the texture and and if it is properly cooked or not.
