Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients. Quantity
1. Macaroni pasta. 250 gms
2. Butter. 10 gms
3. Plain flour. 10 gms
4. Milk. 600 ml
5. Grated cheese. 250 ml
6. Parmasen cheese. 50 GM's
Method
1. Cook the macaroni in a large saucepan and drain well.
2. Melt the butter over and run meat . prepare Aroma.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk till it forms a smooth sauce.
4. Add 175 gm of cheese and then add the macaroni in the sauce and mix well.
5. Sprinkle over the remaining Cheddars and the parmanent and place it under the hot grill.
6. Cook until the cheese broon and bubbly.
