Ingredients. quantity
1. Chicken. 500 grams
2. Onions. 2-3 nos
3. Ginger garlic paste. 1 tbsp
4. Tomatoes. 3 Nos
5. Green chillies. 3-4
6. Garam masala. 1 tbsp
7. Coriander powder. 1/2 tbsp
8. Red chilli powder. 1/4 tbsp
9. Turmeric powder. 1/4 tbsp
10. Chicken masala. 1 tbsp.
11. Salt. As per taste
12. Oil. 1 tbsp

Method
1. Take a bowl put chicken in that and add Half tbsp turmeric powder , red chilli powder , half tbsp ginger garlic paste and salt and keep it for marination for 15-20 minutes.
2. Now finely chop all the vegetables and keep the mise-en-place ready.
3. Now take a kadai and put 1 tbsp of oil now add ginger garlic paste , stir it for some time now add onions and keep stirring till it becomes golden brown.
4. Then add chopped tomatoes and immediately add the salt , mix it and wait till tomatoes get cooked.
5. After that add chicken in the mixture and stir for 2-3 minutes.
6. Now add all the spices and mix it nicely then 1 cup of water and close the cover .
7. Now cook for 15 minutes and after that check the chicken if it is cooked or not.
8. If it is cooked serve hot.
